Everyone better prepare themselves to get a bunch of emails from me coming up! I’ve missed the last 3 weeks so I am kinda in trouble…

The beginning of a new transfer began this week! I had to say goodbye to Hermana Gilbert which was the worst!! It was crazy how quick we bonded and became the bestest of friends. In only 4 weeks too!! We had a big bonfire with most of the zone and we said goodbye to the missionaries who were leaving us. Elder Poulsen also got transferred and that was super sad. The four of us, Elder Ashcraft, Elder Poulsen, Hermana Gilbert and I all got really close. We worked with them a lot and became really great friends. We went through a lot together.

My new comp is Sister Larsen!! She is AMAZING!! Super funny actually, she replaced me when I left Denton and came to Alliance soon after. So I already knew her and knew we would have a great time. And transfers of course was a party because I was able to see old friends and that was a blast.

We had a fun service this week we found on facebook and we went to clear some leaves and clean around the guys’ property. Kinda fun! Funny how service puts such a huge smile on your face!

We have been doing more walking around lately! We walked to Old Town Burleson and went to a bakery and walked around downtown and it was the cutest little area! I’m grateful that Texas weather is so darn nice (don’t be fooled, that changes soon..). One day this week we went to this fun event in Burleson where a bunch of non-profit organizations set up booths and advertised. We were able to walk around and meet people and even do a bit of street contacting even though it’s not really allowed right now… But it was fun.

We are continuing to teach this one man whose wife is a member and it is looking really good!

I gotta send this out real fast so for my spiritual thought I just want to testify of the power of faith! I will share an experience next week about that very subject! Faith is how God works in our lives and it brings me infinite hope. Until next week!

Scripture of the week! Alma 32:21
